AI is the greatest technology humanity has ever built.
And AI and agents are the ultimate empowerer of humans. We build so that more people get the upside.
We build to make humans better.
Herald Labs is an AI lab and product company. We work at the limit of what’s technically possible, out of passion, and we build across models, agents and products.
Mission
Superintelligence, put to practical use.
We believe AI and agents are the ultimate empowerer of humans. By superintelligence we mean something practical: AI and agents that multiply what a person or a business can do, today. We’re building to make people better at what they do.
We build across models, agents and products. Some of what we build is commercial, like Entity, one workspace for people and AI agents. Some of it is education: we train builders on real products, and we translate what’s real in AI for everyone else through Weekly Claw, SuperAda and Human Upside. All of it is aimed at impact.
Our lab work, products and shows feed each other: what we measure becomes what we build, and what we build becomes what we talk about.
When something we build is strong enough to stand alone, it can become a company of its own.
What we believe
Four things we hold to.
Work at the limit, out of passion.
We go where the technology is hardest because we love the work, not because a roadmap told us to.
Evidence over theatre.
No receipts, no claim. We publish the method along with the score, and label what’s uncertain.
Impact is the test.
Commercial or educational, the question is the same: did it make people better?
Every project ends with proof
If it only works in a showroom, it doesn’t work.
Shown
A working link or access path, and a short demo of AI doing the work.
Measured
Usage, feedback and operational traces.
Honest
Who did what, human and agent. What broke, what changed and what’s next.
People
A small team of people and agents.
Herald Labs was founded by Henry Mascot.
Our technical team share one title: Member of Technical Staff. People are judged on what they ship and what they can prove, not on seniority theatre.
We work alongside an AI agent crew that handles research, building and operations. Every agent’s work is reviewed by a human.
