What we collect
When you use the form on our work-with-us page, or call our public API on your behalf, we collect what you send:
- your name and email address
- where you’re based
- what your message is about, and what you want to build or solve
- any link you choose to share
Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information such as request logs, browser metadata and security signals.
How we use it
We use what you send to read and reply to your message, assess fit for the team or a project, and keep a record of the conversation. We use technical information to keep the site reliable, prevent abuse, and improve it for people and AI agents. We don’t sell personal information.
Who handles it
The site is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions are relayed to our inbox through a third-party form-delivery service. These providers process the information only to deliver those services.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it to review and reply, run the lab, and meet legal or security obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@theherald.co with “Privacy” in the subject line.
